Well MB4416A is a sturdy single-shot spring-action rifle with a realistically positioned magazine. The stock of the weapon is made of durable polymer and the other external parts are made of metal. The butt of the weapon has an adjustable cheek piece and a comfortable rubber butt plate. On top of the weapon there is a standard 22 mm universal RIS rail for attaching a telescopic sight. On the front of the stock, below the weapon, there is also a corresponding rail for the forelegs. In addition to accessories that can be attached to the rail, the stock of the weapon has round slots suitable for QD quick-release belt loops for installing carrying sleeve attachments.
The technology of the weapon is based on the Japanese Tokyo Marui AWP technology, which allows the magazine to be placed in a location below the bolt, in contrast to many airsoft rifles. The hop-up unit mechanism designed by Marui and which works well has also been introduced into the Well weapon. The hop-up adjustment is located directly in front of the magazine well and can be adjusted easily without tools, even in the middle of the playing field.
