Yes, we ship to almost all countries across Europe. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.

All orders received before 12:00 noon are dispatched either the same day or the next business day. The estimated delivery time can be seen on the product page or in your shopping cart.

If your order includes products supplied from our distributor’s warehouse, the estimated delivery time will automatically be approximately 14 days.

You can start ordering online by clicking the “Add to cart” button on the product page of your choice. You can add as many products to your cart as you wish.

In the shopping cart, you’ll fill in your contact information and select your preferred delivery and payment method.

We also pack orders on days when shipments are not picked up. For example, if your order was packed on a Saturday, it means your package will automatically ship on Tuesday afternoon.

Please also note that if you chose Matkahuolto as your delivery method, even though packages are collected from us at 3:00 PM, the tracking information updates only once they reach Vantaa city, usually around 8:00 PM.

Domestic returns within Finland are free of charge.

For international returns, the return shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Atom Airsoft always offers its customers a 14-day return policy, starting from the date the product is received.

Returns are processed within approximately two weeks from the date the product is sent back. The processing time does not affect the validity of the return right.

You may handle and inspect the products to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way you would be allowed to do in a physical store. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose.

We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and other items included in the delivery. However, the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on the product being unused or returned in the original packaging, provided that the product is otherwise properly packaged for transport and protected against damage.

You can return the product to our store during opening hours. Please bring your receipt or order number and a photo ID. You can find the order number in your order confirmation or by logging into your customer account.

When you follow the return instructions, the return is completely free of charge within Finland.
