The Warrior Assault Systems LPC LOw Profile Carrier V2 is a new generation carrier with an open, ladder-style cummerbund. The Warrior LPC is extremely lightweight and its innovative design is a result of the collaboration between professional soldiers who served in special forces and the Warrior development team. As a result of the collaboration with users, the LPC vest has been combined with features that make the LPC vest one of the best plate carriers on the market today.
One of the LPC's special features is the body-hugging "thermo air pad" padding that allows heat to escape from the body and increases airflow inside the vest. The LPC's construction utilizes multiple materials to reduce overall weight and bulk. The vest comes with a removable MOLLE front panel that attaches to the front of the vest with two vertical QASM clips and a hook and loop fastener that allows the panel to be removed and replaced with a variety of removable front panels.
The LPC includes a quick release system that allows for very fast plate carrier removal, even in an emergency, eliminating the need for complicated removal procedures and taking seconds to remove.

Warrior product materials:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Made from 500D fiber, the fabric has excellent wear and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a stitched product is determined by the quality of the thread used. The primary factors that shorten the life of a thread are mold and sunlight. To ensure the longest possible life span for WAS products, they use only nylon threads produced in the USA that are protected from UV light and mold.
Characteristics of the fibers used by Warrior:
-
- Fiber resistance to acids - good
- Fiber resistance to alkalis - good
- Fiber abrasion resistance - excellent
- Fiber heat resistance - 142 °C (maximum continuous heat resistance before product damage)
- Fiber melting point - 265 °C
MOLLE alleyways
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The Molle webbing is specced to withstand the following loads:
-
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking load: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 Inch) breaking load: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 Inch) breaking load: 997g (1800 lbs)
