Warrior Assault Systems LPC Low Profile Carrier V1 with Solid Side Cummerbund. The Warrior Assault Systems LPC (Low Profile Carrier) is a patented new generation carrier designed with the participation of professional special forces soldiers. As a result of cooperation with users, the LPC vest has been combined with features that make the LPC vest one of the best plate carriers on the market today.
Features:
- Material: 500D Crye Multicam Nylon
- Embossed interior improves air circulation inside the vest and increases comfort
- Compatible with RPC panels
- Replaceable front panel
- Compatible with hard and soft protective plates
- Quick-release fastening buckles (Speed Clips)
- Large admin pocket
- Removable shoulder pads
- Hyperlon braces
- Low-profile design
- Extremely lightweight
One of the special features of the LPC is the new "thermo air pad" padding that improves air circulation, allowing heat to evaporate from the body and increasing air flow inside the vest. The LPC structure is implemented in such a way that the vest distributes the weight of the carrier evenly over the user and does not burden only the shoulders.
The vest comes with a removable MOLLE compatible front panel that attaches to the front of the vest with two vertical QASM clips. In addition to the clips, the entire back of the panel is covered with a velcro surface, which ensures that the panel stays firmly in place even in extreme situations with the help of a matching piece of the adhesive on the vest surface.
The LPC vest has a very functional quick-attachment system, which makes it easy to put on and take off the vest both in an emergency and in everyday use.

Warrior product materials:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Made from 500D fiber, the fabric has excellent wear and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a stitched product is determined by the quality of the thread used. The primary factors that shorten the life of a thread are mold and sunlight. To ensure the longest possible life span for WAS products, they use only nylon threads produced in the United States that are protected from UV light and mold.
Characteristics of the fibers used by Warrior:
-
- Fiber resistance to acids - good
- Fiber resistance to alkalis - good
- Fiber abrasion resistance - excellent
- Fiber heat resistance - 142 °C (maximum continuous heat resistance before product damage)
- Fiber melting point - 265 °C
MOLLE alleyways
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The Molle webbing is specced to withstand the following loads:
-
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking load: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 Inch) breaking load: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 Inch) breaking load: 997g (1800 lbs)
