Specna Arms has met the expectations of users countless times with its excellent CORE™ model series products. The CORE™ model series has combined an affordable price with performance in a new way in the airsoft market, which is not inferior to products from more valuable model series. The good material choices of the external parts of the CORE series crown the model series and make it suitable for both beginners and more advanced enthusiasts.
Specna Arms CORE™ series weapons are made of durable fiber-reinforced polymer, which makes them slightly lighter than their metal-framed counterparts. In machine guns, polymer parts include the frame, receiver cover with RIS rail, front sight, trigger guard, and pistol grip.
The remaining parts are made of metal. In other words, for example, the foregrip with RIS rail, barrel, magazine well, buffer tube, flame arrester and front legs are made of metal. The Specna Arms light machine gun model also has a few steel parts, including the front legs, outer barrel locking mechanism, butt plate, trigger guard, carrying handle and various locking pins.

The SA-46 replica features the ESA™ quick spring change, which is unique to the CORE series. The quick spring change allows you to adjust the power of the weapon to the requirements of the playing area without special tools or tuning skills. Changing the spring in the SA-46 weapon can be done in almost seconds. Changing the spring is done by removing one locking pin and pressing the spring guide release!
The weapon's mechanism is based on a metal and very strong M249-type gearbox, which is known for its good durability even at the standard level. The gearbox is compatible with most version 2 tuning parts and allows the weapon to be tuned and maintained with third-party tuning parts as needed.

The package comes with a 2500-round electric box magazine. The magazine is powered by two (2) AA batteries and can be controlled either by voice control or by manual feeding via a switch on the bottom of the box. When using voice control, the magazine feeds as the gun fires.
