Description
Specna Arms RRA SA-E03 EDGE™ HAL ETU™ carbine is a metal-framed AR-15 variant equipped with a classic KAC RIS-style rail system. It is possible to attach a variety of tactical accessories to the rail system, such as weapon lights, grips, laser or optical sights. The package includes 2 plastic rail protectors and a tactical vertical front grip. The top of the weapon has a long picatinny / RIS rail for attaching separately sold optical sights directly to the rail. The end of the weapon's outer barrel has standard negative 14mm threads (14mm CCW) for attaching suppressors.
The finishing of the exterior of the weapon has been done with particular care. All parts of the weapon have been carefully fitted into place, which ensures a sturdy structure for the weapon. The body of the weapon is finished with a “Nano Coating” coating, which protects the body from scratches.
The Specna Arms EDGE series combines innovative solutions and features that most airsoft manufacturers do not offer in the same weapon. The EDGE model series could be described as a pre-tuned airsoft weapon that can be taken straight from the box to the playing field without the need for modifications to achieve the best performance. The latest generation of the EDGE series is equipped with a programmable electronic unit, which ensures the very precise operation and adjustment capabilities of the mechanism. However, if modifications are needed, for example to adjust the power of the weapon, the power change has been made extremely easy with the convenient quick spring change feature.
Note: Calibrating the HAL™ trigger before use:
This airsoft gun is equipped with the HAL ™ system and before using the gun, the trigger must be activated. Activation is done as follows:

1. Turn the gun's fire selector to the "SAFE" position 2. Connect the battery to the gun 3. Wait three (3) seconds until the gun emits a “beep” sound. 4. Press the trigger all the way down for five (5) seconds until the gun emits a “beep” sound. This indicates that the trigger has been successfully activated. |

Specna Arms EDGE™ HAL ETU™ model series
The EDGE series of electric guns are metal-framed airsoft replicas equipped with exceptionally high-quality mechanisms for their price range. The SF-type rear sight, which provides the weapon's large battery compartment, the foregrip and the pistol grip are made of nylon fiber-reinforced polymer plastic. The frame, rail system, barrel, muzzle flash suppressor, charging handle and sling loops are made of metal.
All EDGE series also feature a true Quick Spring Exchange (ESA™), which allows the EDGE series to be used on all playing fields. The ESA™ quick spring exchange allows you to change the power of the weapon according to the rules of the playing field in a matter of minutes. M90 and M120 level springs are included. The lower power is great for indoor games and the higher power for outdoor games.
EDGE airsoft guns are designed to work with 7.4-11.1V LiIon, LiPo and LiFe batteries. The factory-installed spring provides a muzzle velocity of approximately ~116m/s with a 0.20g bullet. An M90-type spring is also included, which allows for a lower muzzle velocity of approximately ~90m/s with a 0.20g bullet, making the gun a perfect choice for indoor arenas as well.
EDGE™ HAL ETU™ model series gearbox
The gearbox of the EDGE™ HAL ETU™ model series has been completely redesigned and the corner rounding and geometry of the gearbox shells have been improved to increase the durability of the gearbox.

CORE quick spring replacement steps:
- Remove the trailer hitch by pulling it out of place on the buffer tube.
- Unscrew the buffer tube with a cross-head screwdriver.
- Open the plug under the buffer tube with an Allen key.
- Replace the spring with a new one.
- Put the back together again.
The entire process can be completed in less than two minutes.
