LCT RPD AEG Machine Gun - A heavy-duty electric weapon for those who appreciate realism and firepower
The legendary Russian RPD light machine gun needs little introduction. The weapon was designed during World War II and was produced until 1960. The newer RPK light machine gun led to the gradual withdrawal of the RPD from the Russian army. However, the RPD was a very successful machine gun, used by all Warsaw Pact armies and seen in most of the Cold War conflicts. Many African and Asian countries still use the weapon today. The RPD achieved its greatest fame during the Vietnam War, where it was the standard machine gun of Viet Cong units.
The LCT RPD's frame is made of high-quality steel, and the whole is completed by a realistic wooden stock. The wooden parts are finely machined and varnished. All moving parts are faithfully imitated and made of steel. The RPD also has folding steel front legs, which can be removed as needed. The drum magazine is made of pressed steel and is equipped with an electric feeding mechanism. The magazine capacity is 2800 rounds.
This premium weapon is also equipped with high-quality internal components. The RPD has a special, very durable gearbox with 9 mm ball bearings. The gears are made of steel, and many other parts are made of high-quality aluminum or high-strength plastic. The weapon has a precise 6.02 mm barrel (length 515 mm), which is mounted in a metal hop-up chamber. The RPD also includes a MOSFET circuit and high-quality wiring. Thanks to the efficient gearbox, the weapon is also tunable for high muzzle velocities.
