Protection standards
The goggles meet the following standards:
- EN166 (lens markings: 1 BT KN CE)
- ANSI Z87.1-2010
- GL-PD-10-12 (formerly MIL-PRF-31013)
- STANAG 2920 (V50 test result 221 m/s)
Under the European EN166 (BT) classification the lenses are rated to withstand impact from a 0.86 g steel projectile at a minimum speed of 120 m/s, which corresponds to approximately 6.3 joules of energy. The lenses also feature anti-fog (marked N) and anti-scratch coatings.
